As part of our Mental Health and Well-being week the children took part in a peer massage activity in their classroom with Miss Holland leading the way. The children loved this activity and quickly became relaxed as they practiced or received different types of massage.
The children weren't the only ones to receive a massage! Mrs Shapiro-Day, our in-house member of staff who is fully trained in massage and refexology, provided individual sessions for members of staff-what a treat!
